Hagar Civilization Training Missionary, Inc., a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization, has dedicated its efforts to the housing and economic improvement of Atlanta’s Westside community for more than 20 years.  Committed to the retention of Legacy Residents, Hagar adopted a mission to revitalize, and restore the area's former historic, financial, and cultural heritage.  Hagar CTM embraces a mission of providing residents with affordable, safe, well-appointed, living facilities, the kind generally reserved for the more affluent of the society.
